Grilled Chicken Fajitas

These fajitas are fantastic. You can substitute the chicken with steak too!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless - thinly sliced)
  • 4 Bell Peppers (red and green, sliced)
  • 1 Large Onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Fajita Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Heat the grill to 400°F
  • Mix oil and fajita seasoning in a large bowl.
  • Add chicken and peppers to the bowl and stir to coat.
  • Split the mixture into two parts and place on aluminum foil sheets.
  • Wrap each foil sheet to create a sealed foil packed.
  • Place each foil pack on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.
  • Heat small tortillas on the grill.
  • Serve with beans, rice, or other sides.
