Grilled Chicken Fajitas
These fajitas are fantastic. You can substitute the chicken with steak too!
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless - thinly sliced)
- 4 Bell Peppers (red and green, sliced)
- 1 Large Onion (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
Instructions
- Heat the grill to 400°F
- Mix oil and fajita seasoning in a large bowl.
- Add chicken and peppers to the bowl and stir to coat.
- Split the mixture into two parts and place on aluminum foil sheets.
- Wrap each foil sheet to create a sealed foil packed.
- Place each foil pack on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.
- Heat small tortillas on the grill.
- Serve with beans, rice, or other sides.
