Pasta (Penne, or whatever you prefer)

Chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)

Olive Oil

Garlic (minced)

Spinach (chopped)

Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)

Chicken Broth

Heavy Cream
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Cook pasta, strain, and set aside.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Cook chicken in large skillet with olive oil over medium heat. (5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through).
Transfer chicken to plate. Slice into pieces.
Add spinach, garlic, and tomatoes to the same skillet and cook over medium heat 1-2 minutes.
Add chicken broth and stir another 2-3 minutes.
Add heavy cream and stir another 4-6 minutes until liquid is slightly reduced and creamy.
Transfer pasta and sliced chicken to skillet and toss.
