Vinaigrette

Chicken (cooked and sliced or shredded)

Canned Black Beans (drained and rinsed)

Mexican Blend Cheese
Tortillas or Tortilla Chips
Instructions
Place all vinaigrette ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
Place all salad ingredients in a bowl.
Pour vinaigrette over salad and toss well.
Divide salad into individual bowls and sprinkle with cheese and tortillas or chips. If using chips, break the chips into smaller pieces.
