Ultimate Chicken Tacos
These tacos are amazing. You can substitute the chicken with fish if you'd like.

Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)

Oil (vegetable or canola)

Limes (juiced)

Garlic (minced)

Chili Powder

Ground Cumin

Paprika

Cayenne (optional)
Green Onions
Black Olives (sliced)
Tomatoes (chopped)
Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
Avocado
Pico de Gallo (or Salsa)
Instructions
Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and cayenne to create the marinade.
Place chicken in large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat the grill to medium-high heat and cook chicken until done (about 20 minutes).
Add tortillas to the grill and warm each side.
Cut chicken into pieces.
Serve on warm tortillas topped with chopped lettuce (or cabbage), black olives, tomatoes, avocado, green onions, and pico de gallo/salsa.
Notes
This goes great with black beans, refried beans, or Mexican rice.
