Pre-heat the oven to 400°
Melt 4 tbsp salted butter in pan
Add grated onion and cook 1-2 minutes
Add 3 crushed garlic cloves and mix (1 minute)
Fold in 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
Add 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Slowly add in 2 cups half & half, stirring well
Add 4 oz cream cheese and mix in
Slowly mix in half (8 oz) shredded American cheese
Slowly mix in half (8 oz) mild cheddar
Add the remaining 8 oz shredded American cheese
Boil pasta in salted water for 6 minutes
Drain and add pasta to cheese mixture and stir well to combine.
Add half of the mixture to an oven safe baking dish
Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella over the mixture
Add the remaining mixture
Crush the Extra Toasty Cheez-Its and sprinkle to cover the mixture
Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes
