Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Uncooked Barley
  • 2 Celery (chopped)
  • 2 Carrots (chopped)
  • 1 Zucchini (chopped)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 quarts Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cans Diced Tomatoes with Juice (14.5 oz cans)
  • 1 can Garbanzo Beans (drained)
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Pour vegetable broth in a large pot and combine with all ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Stir occasionally.
  • Serve with dinner rolls or bread.
